One of the Dutch classics. This show spawned loads of international versions, is still a ratings cannon whenever it is on, if slightly less than before cuz of the inevitable death of TV, and has a set that makes everyone swoon.

In recent times though, the show has kinda started to lose a bit of it's appeal. Not because of the gameplay itself which remains as good as it ever was, with the changes being made over time coming down to what bonus lifeline contestants had access to besides the dodges. Since the step to RTL in 2018, those just haven't been around at all anymore, really. No, the problems lie more in what they seem to do *around* the show. I will not go into those here, because I still do enjoy it despite it all.

  • Keeping it consistent with the UK page, the contestant results are the most important thing at play here, so i'll do just that. One extra wrinkle compared to the UK is that remaining Mob members get to split €5.000 whenever the One loses, which is theirs to keep no matter what happens next.

  • Unfortunately, the rather tight leash this show has on it's broadcasting rights means I can only go as far back as early 2025 for now.
